Vendor Requirements: 2025 Fall Crossing Event
As an independent contractor, vendors must adhere to the following requirements to participate in the 2025 Crossing event hosted by Theta Alpha Mu Military Sorority, Inc.:
- Registration and Payment: All vendors must complete the registration process and submit the $175 Table Fee by 1 August 2025. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of your space.
- Authorized Merchandise: Only authorized vendors may sell merchandise featuring Theta Alpha Mu Military Sorority, Inc. trademarked materials. Unauthorized use of our logos, names, or other intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
- Setup and Breakdown:
- Setup Time: Vendors must arrive and complete setup between 5:00 PM/EST on the day of the event.
- Breakdown: All vendor materials and displays must be removed by 9:00 PM/EST after the event. Vendors are responsible for leaving their area clean and free of debris.
- Insurance and Liability: Vendors must carry their liability insurance and assume full responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur to their property or personnel during the event.
- Permits and Licenses: Vendors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any necessary permits, licenses, or certifications required by local, state, or federal authorities for selling their products at the event.
- Compliance with Event Policies: Vendors must comply with all event policies, including but not limited to safety regulations, noise levels, and any other guidelines set by event organizers.
- Conduct: Vendors are expected to conduct themselves professionally and courteously. Any inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund.
- Sales Tax: Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting applicable sales taxes on goods sold during the event.
- Cancellation Policy: Vendors must notify event organizers of cancellations no later than [Insert Cancellation Deadline]. Refunds will only be issued if cancellation occurs before this deadline.
- COVID-19 Compliance: Vendors must adhere to any COVID-19 safety protocols in place at the time of the event, including mask-wearing, social distancing, or other health-related measures.
By participating as an independent contractor at the 2025 Crossing Event, vendors agree to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in removal from the event and forfeiture of the Table Fee.
